Ibrahim himself was friendly, polite and professional, and he did fix the ignition lockout problem with my boiler. I have no personal complaint about his attitude or the quality of the repair. However, the **company’s pricing is completely unacceptable in my opinion**. I was charged **£200 per hour**, and the job took two hours, resulting in a £400 labour charge. I believe the work could reasonably have been completed within one hour, which makes the cost even more difficult to justify. I ended up paying a staggering **£619.08**: * £69 call-out charge * £400 for two hours of labour * £46.90 administration fee * £515.90 before VAT * £103.18 VAT * **£619.08 total** What concerns me most is the **lack of transparency about the costs**. Customers should be given a clear and realistic breakdown of the hourly rate, call-out fee, administration charges and expected labour time before work begins. A £200 hourly charge is extremely expensive, and additional fees only make the final bill even more unreasonable. Ibrahim was a nice guy and did his job, but unfortunately the company’s pricing has completely overshadowed the positive experience with the engineer. **£619.08 to fix an ignition lockout error is an extraordinary amount of money, and I feel the pricing should have been made much clearer before the work was carried out.** I will **not be using this company again**, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that customers ask for a full written quotation and breakdown of all charges before agreeing to any work. **Good engineer, extremely disappointing company pricing.**

Bit of a cowboy operation. Never told me they’d be charging well north of £200 (before VAT) per hour when I booked and the guy that turned up didn’t fill me with any confidence that he’d be able to complete the job. Tried sending the quotes £79 call out fee with VAT but when I pushed back, in fairness, the reduced to be £79 all in. Sent an engineer, not within the 45 minutes promised and then wanted me to agree to £190 per hour plus VAT. This sort of cost should be made clear up front. I sent the engineer away. Avoid!
